We are super excited to officially announce our partnership with ArtHouse Halton, a FREE arts-based programs for children and youth age 7-17 who have little or no access to fee-related activities. Part of our mandate is to provide fun activities to our youth and our community while helping to educate on pollination, food security and sustainability.

Worker Bee Volume 2 - Fran Andreana - Artist
We are very fortunate to have many talented people who are part of our sponsorship community who not only treasure honeybees but our beautiful planet! We are periodically profiling them in our Worker Bee Series.
Frances has been a honeybee Sponsor from the beginning! Her amazing artwork varies from still life to animals and floral art. Fran sends paintings to Peace Hills Trust each year for their art sale. These treasured pieces incorporate an Indigenous theme and are spectacular.

Phase II: Essential Oil Mite Treatment Study
February 4, 2023 - Innovation is one of our pillars and we continued our study with Phase II of III for Varroa Mite control. If you missed the first study or aren't familiar with Varroa Mites it is believed they are a contributor to colony collapse.
