There is nobody in the middle, support is provided by Andrew Rivett, the developer of the system. He uses Zoom to provide hands on support with shared screen and is available to walk you through any problems.
Andrew is available by email or phone, and his response time is within hours so questions can be quickly answered.
Anybody from your organisation may contact Andrew, it is not limited to only 1 person.

Advanced Package
Our Advanced Package is $125/month and is designed for Art Councils, Art Centres and organisations with up to 500 members.
The Advanced Package includes all the features listed above.
The setup fee is $1500 for the Basic Package and includes 4 hours of Virtual Training via Zoom and a custom website theme.
Basic Package
Our Basic Package is $25/month and is designed for Art Clubs or organisations with less than 100 members.
The Basic Packages includes the following features: Memberships, News & Mailing Lists, Events and Integrated Website.
The setup fee is $500 for the Basic Package and includes 2 hours of Virtual Training via Zoom.
Custom Package
