Members - Peter Smith

Peter Smith has photographed the outdoor world for several years. A former resident of Attleboro Massachusetts, his subject matter includes landscapes and places of interest throughout New England including the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and several coastal towns in Maine, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Other travels have taken him to Florida and the Canadian Provinces of Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. He also has several images of landscapes and villages from the island of St. Michael in the Azores.

Peter has won awards of merit in the nationally juried Small Works Exhibition at the Attleboro Art Museum. He has been a frequent contributor to the various Attleboro Art Museum shows and a contributor to the annual Rhode Island PBS auction.

Past exhibitions have been at the Bill Krull Gallery in Narragansett, Rhode Island, Attleboro City Hall, and the Attleboro Industrial Museum. Also, several of his works are on display in the offices of Houghton Physical Therapy and Sports Conditioning and at the Attleboro Chamber of Commerce.

He moved to Florida in September of 2010 and is a resident of Tavares.
Current activity includes being a member of the Mount Dora Art League where he has exhibited at their shows and won ribbons along the way.
